‘Singham Again’: Arjun Kapoor shares update on the shoot, says ‘I feel blessed to be...’

Rohit Shetty’s ‘Singham Again’ is one of the most anticipated films of 2024 and we have an official update. Arjun Kapoor, who is playing the villain in the multi-starrer film, has wrapped up the shoot for film and posted a note on Instagram. 

Arjun Kapoor wraps up ‘Singham Again’

Rohit Shetty’s cop universe villain, Arjun Kapoor, took to Instagram to announce the wrap-up and posted a note of gratitude. He called the film one of the biggest milestones of his career and praised director Rohit Shetty. He wrote, “Rohit Shetty ke cop universe ka villain !!! I have wrapped up my work on ‘Singham Again’ !!! My 20th film & one of the biggest milestones of my career with a director who is the boss of MASS CINEMA !!! I feel blessed to be a part of one of the most entertaining franchises in Indian cinema. Can’t wait for our hard work to light up the silver screen soon !!!” 

Earlier, the first look of Arjun Kapoor’s character in the film was unveiled. In the first look poster, a bloodied Arjun Kapoor could be seen laughing out loud as he posed with a cleaver covered in blood. In another photo, he faced Ranveer Singh, as both appeared to be gearing up for a deadly battle. 

About ‘Singham Again’ 

'Singham Again' features an ensemble star cast comprising Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Deepika Padukone, Arjun Kapoor, Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff and Ranveer Singh. While Ajay Devgn and Ranveer Singh will reprise their roles, Deepika Padukone will play ‘Lady Singham’ in the latest film of Rohit Shetty’s cop universe. The film will also mark Tiger Shroff’s debut in the cop universe.  

Rohit Shetty's 'Singham Again' is the fifth instalment in the franchise and a sequel to Singham Returns (2014). 'Singham Again' was announced in September 2017 under the working title 'Singham 3'. The official title was announced in December 2022.
