On Alia Bhatt’s 30th birthday on March 15, her mother-veteran actor Soni Razdan shared a heartfelt note for her. Taking to Instagram, Soni dropped a photo collage featuring a younger her and Alia.

Sharing the post, she wrote, ‘Happy Birthday my little twin child. Apart from having some facial features in common we also share a love for bhindi and baingan (ladyfinger and brinjal), (unlike our other two family members) we apparently walk alike, talk alike, and have similar ways of being.’

She added, ‘However apart from these few things - you are uniquely you and totally your own person and I’m so proud of the wonderful woman you’re becoming… love you darling you make the world a better place in ways both big and small. May you continue your fascinating journey with love and good health always by your side (black heart emojis).’

Many fans and celebrities reacted to Soni Razdan’s post. A user commented, ‘Like mother, like daughter.’

On the work front, Soni Razdan will next be seen in ‘Pippa’. Meanwhile, fans will see Alia Bhatt in Karan Johar's romantic film ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’ alongside Ranveer Singh, Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan, and Shabana Azmi. The film is all set to release in theatres on July 28.

Alia also has director Farhan Akhtar's next ‘Jee Le Zara’ along with Katrina Kaif and Priyanka Chopra in her kitty.
