‘Srikanth’ first look: Rajkummar Rao shines as industrialist Srikanth Bolla | watch

Actor Rajkummar Rao has shared his first look from the upcoming movie ‘Srikanth’. The motion poster of the Tushar Hiranandani directorial showcases Rajkummar’s portrayal of Srikanth Bolla, an industrialist who defied all odds despite visual impairment. The poster captures a powerful moment of Srikanth crossing a race finish line, symbolizing his courage and perseverance. Rajkummar promises the film will be ‘inspiring.’

Sharing the poster on his Instagram handle, Rajkummar Rao wrote, ‘A journey that will inspire you to open your eyes! Aap sabka nazariya badalne aa raha hai #Srikanth.’

Soon after the motion poster was shared, several fans reacted to it and expressed excitement for the movie.

‘This guy is different from other actors @rajkummar_rao,’ one of the fans wrote. ‘Can’t wait,’ added another. Among others, Bhumi Pednekar also wrote, ‘Love love love. This film is going to be so special.’

In addition to Rajkummar Rao, ‘Srikanth’ also stars Jyotika, Alaya F, and Sharad Kelkar. Alaya shared her experience of working with Rajkummar for the first time, saying, ‘The shoot is going really well. I shot for only a few days in December and resumed it in January this year. Whatever I’ve shot for so far has been a wonderful experience. The team is lovely. Raj is just incredible.’

Directed by Tushar Hiranandani and produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, and Nidhi Parmar Hiranandani, ‘Srikanth – Aa Raha Hai Sabki Aankhein Kholne’ is a Gulshan Kumar and T-Series presentation, produced by T-Series Films & Chalk N Cheese Films Production LLP. The film is set to be released nationwide on May 10, 2024, on the occasion of Akshaya Tritiya.
