Sunny Kaushal, who will soon be seen in the Netflix film ‘Phir Aayi Hasseen Dillruba’, has been rumoured to be in a relationship with actor Sharvari Wagh for some time.

The speculation began after they attended the IIFA Awards together in Abu Dhabi, and they have since been spotted out together frequently.

Despite this, Sunny has recently denied dating Sharvari. On Raunaq Rajani’s Relationshit Advice, Sunny confirmed, ‘I am single.’ When asked about his relationship with Sharvari Wagh, he called her a ‘very good friend’, which led to laughter from Taapsee Pannu, Vikrant Massey, and the audience.

Earlier, Sunny Kaushal, while addressing their dating rumours, told News18 Showsha, ‘I have told my parents long back to not look at me as though I am the next in line. It doesn’t bother me when my personal life makes headlines. It doesn’t hamper our equation at all because you understand that at the end of the day, they are just news headlines. It would be stupid of us to make it a reality and take it very seriously.’

Although the actors never officially confirmed their relationship, Ranveer Singh appeared to hint at it. On an episode of Koffee with Karan, when asked whom Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal would go on a double date with, Ranveer quickly mentioned Sunny Kaushal and Sharvari Wagh.

Sunny Kaushal will next appear in ‘Phir Aayi Hasseen Dillruba’, which continues the story from ‘Haseen Dillruba’. The sequel follows Rani Kashyap and Rishabh Saxena as they seek a new beginning in the vibrant city of Agra. Their journey, marked by blood and pursued by authorities, takes a dramatic turn with the introduction of Sunny Kaushal’s character, Abhimanyu, adding a new layer of intrigue. The couple faces fresh threats from Jimmy Shergill and others determined to thwart their pursuit of a 'happily ever after.'
