Taylor Swift has released her newest album, 'The Tortured Poets Department', and its expansion, 'TTPD: The Anthology'. In the 31 new songs, which see the pop icon unleashing her inner poet, Swift has chronicled the story of her life, from Joe Alwyn heartbreak to Travis Kelce romance. However, in a surprising turn of events, even for Swifities, new theories have suggested that her 24th track, 'thanK you aIMee' is about Kim Kardashian.

A diss track for Kim Kardashian?

It seems like Taylor Swift is settling her age-old feud with Kim Kardashian. It all started when Kanye West released his song 'Famous', in which he claimed it was he who made Taylor Swift famous. While it was initially speculated that Taylor approved the lyrics, the 'Fearless' hitmaker denied the same. After Swift's fans attacked Kanye, Kim came to her husband's rescue and released an edited, recorded phone call between West and Swift on social media.

Now, in the song 'thanK you aIMee', Swift sings about getting bullied in an unfair fight that killed her spirit, potentially hinting at the Kanye West drama. The 'Lover' singer also croons, 'There's a bronze spray-tanned statue of you and a plaque underneath it. That threatens to push me down the stairs at our school.'

The North West reference

In the second part of the track, Taylor references Kim's 10-year-old daughter North, known for being active on TikTok alongside her mother. She sings, “And so I changed your name and any real defining clues. And one day, your kid comes home singin' a song that only us two are going to know is about you.”

In the song, the singer also speaks about healing from the conflict. Since all that drama, there's been no looking back for Taylor, while Kim and Kanye's relationship went downhill in 2021.
