'The Kashmir Files' team meets PM Modi, receives appreciation for the film

‘The Kashmir Files’ cast including Director Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri, his actor-wife Pallavi Joshi, and producer Abhishek Agarwal met Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday.

Producer Abhishek took to Twitter and shared pictures from the meeting and thanked PM Modi for his ‘appreciation’. He wrote ‘it was a pleasure to meet Hon’ble Prime Minister and what makes the meeting more special is his appreciation and noble words about their film ‘The Kashmir Files’.

The film revolves around the genocide of Kashmiri Pandits in 1990 and stars Anupam Kher, Mithun Chakraborty, Darshan Kumar, and Pallavi Joshi in pivotal roles.

On the other hand, 'The Kashmir Files' which received unanimous positive reports is also making solid business at the box office. The film garnered ₹3.55 crores on its opening day on March 11, giving a tough competition to Prabhas and Pooja Hegde-starrer ‘Radhe Shyam’.
