Singer Tulsi Kumar narrowly escaped injury on the set of her latest music video when a heavy backdrop unexpectedly collapsed during filming. The incident occurred during a routine shot, catching both crew members and fans off guard.

Tulsi was filming a scene in casual loungewear against a bedroom set when the large backdrop suddenly fell, pushing her forward but fortunately away from serious injury.

While she seemed to avoid major harm, the impact left her leg feeling uncomfortable.

The mishap was caught on camera, with footage quickly circulating online, prompting concern among her fans.

More about Tulsi Kumar

Tulsi Kumar, though not as famous as some of her peers, holds the title of India’s richest female singer, with a net worth estimated at $25 million (Rs 200 crore). Her wealth extends beyond her music career, significantly boosted by her family’s business ventures.

She is the daughter of the late Gulshan Kumar, founder of T-Series, one of India’s most prominent music labels and production companies. Her brother, Bhushan Kumar, currently serves as Chairman and Managing Director of T-Series, which is valued at around Rs 4,000 crore. Tulsi also plays a vital role in the family business, working closely with Bhushan to ensure its continued success.

Tulsi has addressed the misconception that her family background gave her an easy start in the industry, asserting, ‘Mujhe kuch bhi asaani se nahi mila.’

Despite her family’s legacy, Tulsi’s love for music started early.

‘I have wanted to join the music industry ever since I was six years old,’ she says, adding that her father remains her idol.

Despite the loss of her father at a young age, she was determined to carry forward his legacy and pursue her dream of becoming a singer.
