'We worked with her in the movie and we cannot believe, having known her, that she could take such a step,' he added.
He was also asked about the action taken by Tunisha's family against her ex-boyfriend, ‘Ali Baba: Dastaan-e-Kabul’ co-star Sheezan Khan. He said, 'What can her family say? They are going through a tough time. It is not easy for her mother to overcome the pain and we can just pray that God gives the family strength. May her soul rest in peace.'
TV actor Tunisha Sharma died by suicide on the sets of her ongoing show 'Alibaba - Dastaan-e-Kabul' and her former boyfriend Sheezan Khan has been arrested on charges of abetment to suicide.
