TV actor Siddhaanth Vir Surryavanshi dies: Vivek Agnihotri says 'mad rush to build body is dangerous'

Popular television actor Siddhaanth Vir Surryavanshi died on Friday while working out at the gym. Filmmaker Vivek Agnihotri reacted to the news of his death and called it a tragic incident.

He took to Twitter and wrote that 'mad rush' to build aggressive body without any medical supervision is dangerous. He added that hyper-gymming is relatively a new phenomenon which got mad impetus due to Instagram. He concluded saying that society needs to rethink.

Renowned comedian-actor Raju Srivastava suffered a heart attack while working out at the gym. He was admitted at New Delhi's AIIMS hospital for over a month. He died on September 21 this year at the age of 58.

Siddhaanth was 46. He is survived by his wife-model Alesia Raut and two children.

Celebrities like actor Jay Bhanushali have extended their condolences on social media.
