B-town's power couple Twinkle Khanna and Akshay Kumar celebrated 21 years of their marriage on Monday.

In an interview with Filmfare in 2013, Akshay had said, "Twinkle has not only added to my wardrobe but also to my bank balance. I was a scattered person; she is the one who has put me together. After marriage, she has kind of raised me (laughs). On a serious note, whenever I’ve broken down she’s given me emotional support."

Taking to Instagram Twinkle Khanna shared a hilarious banter with fans on completing 21 years of laughter with her hubby, Akshay Kumar. She wrote, "On our 21st anniversary, we have a chat.
Me: You know, we are so different that if we met at a party today, I don’t know if I would even talk to you.
Him: I would definitely talk to you.
Me: Why am I not surprised. So like what? You would ask me out?
Him: No, I would say, ‘Bhabhi ji, how is Bhai Sahab, kids fine? Ok Namaste.’

Akshay also replied to her post and wrote, "I don’t comment too often on her column because I find it tough to understand the language. But this one by @twinklerkhanna connected at a deeper level. ‘Happiness is not a pursuit, it is an accident.’ So true, so profound."

Akshay and Twinkle tied the knot in a private ceremony on January 17, 2001. They are doting parents to two kids - son Aarav and daughter Nitara.
