Varun Dhawan and Natasha Dalal, who are expecting their first child, recently celebrated with a teddy-themed baby shower, a glimpse of which was shared by actor Shahid Kapoor’s wife Mira Rajput.

In her Instagram Stories, Mira Rajput shared a photo of a tiered cake with a teddy on top, reading, ‘Congratulations Nats & VD.’ She wrote, ‘Congrats VD & Natasha,’ followed by a pink heart emoji.

Following the baby shower, Varun and Natasha prepared special gifts for the paparazzi to express their joy.

Varun Dhawan had announced Natasha’s pregnancy on February 18 with a monochromatic photo of them together, captioned, ‘We are pregnant. Need all your blessings and love #myfamilymystrength.’

Varun's path to winning Natasha's heart wasn't easy. In an interview with Kareena Kapoor Khan, he revealed that Natasha had turned down his proposal several times. The actor, famous for his Bollywood roles, spoke about their enduring friendship that evolved into love.

‘The first time I met Natasha was in the sixth standard. We were friends till the eleventh or twelfth grade. We were very close friends, Varun revealed during the interview. Recalling their early school days, he mentioned a memorable encounter on the basketball court, saying, I remember seeing her, and, when I saw her that day, I felt like I fell in love with her,’ he said.

Despite being rejected by Natasha three to four times, Varun remained determined. He continued to express his feelings, refusing to lose hope. Their bond grew from a strong friendship to a beautiful romance. After years of dating, they married on January 24, 2021, in an intimate ceremony with close friends and family.
