Virat Kohli is eager to celebrate Team India’s T20 World Cup victory with his wife, Anushka Sharma, and their two children, Vamika and Akaay. The cricketer was spotted leaving for London soon after participating in the victory parade in Mumbai with the Men in Blue.

He looked dapper in an olive green jacket over a plain white tee and matching pants.

Earlier in the day, Virat Kohli’s family arrived at Delhi’s ITC Maurya Hotel to welcome the cricketer back home from Barbados. Kohli, along with the rest of Team India, had been stuck on the Caribbean Island after winning the T20 World Cup due to Hurricane Beryl. Anushka was not present in Barbados for the nail-biting World Cup final where India defeated South Africa to clinch the trophy.

Virat’s elder sister, Bhawna Kohli Dhingra, shared a series of photographs on Instagram featuring the cricketer posing with his family, including his nephews and nieces. She captioned the pictures, ‘Celebrating the win. Super proud.’ Anushka quickly responded with a heart emoji in the comments section.

Soon after Team India’s victory, Anushka Sharma penned a heartfelt tribute to the Men in Blue and her cricketer-husband. She revealed that their daughter, Vamika, was concerned for Virat, Rohit Sharma, Hardik Pandya, and other Indian squad members who cried after winning the T20 World Cup.

Anushka took to Instagram to share that their daughter wondered if the Men in Blue had someone to hug them when they broke down. Sharing pictures from the emotional celebration, Anushka wrote, ‘Our daughter’s biggest concern was if all the players had someone to hug them after she saw them cry on TV… Yes, my darling, they were hugged by 1.5 billion people. What a phenomenal victory and what a legendary achievement!! CHAMPIONS – CONGRATULATIONS!!’
