Watch: Priyanka Chopra reaches Ayodhya with Nick Jonas and daughter Malti Marie

India’s global icon Priyanka Chopra Jonas is in India. While the actor has been busy with her professional commitments for the last few days, she has finally taken out some family time as well. Desi girl arrived in Ayodhya with her husband Nick Jonas and daughter Malti Marie Jonas amid the chants of ‘Jai Shree Ram’.

The actor was spotted at Ayodhya airport with her husband and daughter earlier this morning. The trio was also accompanied by Priyanka’s mother Dr Madhu Chopra. There were chants of ‘Jai Shree Ram’ as the global star arrived in the holy city. Priyanka was clad in a bright greenish yellow saree while Nick looked dashing in a traditional Indian kurta.  

Priyanka offered prayers at Ram temple with her family and sought blessings. While several Bollywood actors were in attendance during Ram temple inauguration, PeeCee could not attend the historic moment. 

About Priyanka’s India trip 

Priyanka Chopra arrived in India on March 15 with her daughter after which the actor was spotted at a Bvlgari store launch event and Isha Ambani’s Roman Holi celebration. On the other hand, Nick Jonas joined his wife and daughter in India on March 18.  

The couple was seen together at Ritesh Sidhwani’s party. PeeCee was also spotted visiting filmmaker Farhan Akhtar’s house, fuelling speculations that ‘Jee Le Zaraa’ might be revived soon.  

On Tuesday, Priyanka attended Amazon Prime Video’s event where the talent powerhouse shared that she was backing the film ‘Women of my Billion’.  

Priyanka Chopra’s work front 

PeeCee was last seen in ‘Love Again’ and will be seen in the action comedy ‘Heads of State’ next where she will share the screen with Idris Elba, John Cena and Stephen Root.
