The Colosseum at Caesars Palace had a surprise star moment on October 26! Adele’s Vegas performance took an emotional twist when she spotted none other than Celine Dion in the crowd.

Viral clips show Adele’s shock and happy tears as she paused mid-performance, making her way to Dion for a hug. The two legends shared a sweet exchange, with Celine even giving Adele’s hand a little kiss—a gesture that had the audience in full applause mode.
Still buzzing with gratitude, Adele took to social media, sharing a photo of the emotional hug and writing, ‘I have been performing in Celine Dion’s room at the Colosseum for almost 2 years now. 4 weeks to go! It was the only venue I wanted to play in Vegas because it was built for her. I have a picture of her right next to the stage that I touch every night before I walk on and she came to the show this weekend and it was a surprise and it was a MOMENT!!’
‘Celine I love you so very very much,’ Adele continued in her note. ‘Words will never sum up what you mean to me, or what you coming to my show means, let alone how it felt seeing you back in your palace with your beautiful family. I have loved being there it has been such an honor and Saturday night will be something I remember forever and ever. Such a full circle moment for me to be there with you.’

Adele was equally thrilled, calling Celine ‘Queen Celine’ in her own Instagram post and gushing, ‘What a show! Absolute highlight of my life. Thank you for your insane humor and attention to your crowd. Happy New Year, lady x.’
Now, Adele's two-year Las Vegas residency is set to wrap in November. At a Munich show in September, she told fans she plans to take a ‘long break’ from music once her Vegas run concludes.
