The much-talked-about Johnny Depp vs Amber Heard trial has been making headlines every day with new twists and turns. On Monday, the courtroom witnessed a bizarre moment when a woman claimed that Depp was the father of her child. The incident reportedly happened during the court's morning recess. Law and Crime's Angenette Levy, who is reporting the case for the news outlet, recalled the awkward moment in a segment and said, "All of a sudden, this woman … stands up in the back of the courtroom with her baby, and she says, ‘Johnny I love you, our souls are connected."

Angenette mentioned that at first Depp waved to her like he usually does to his fans. It was then that she held up her baby and said, ‘This baby is yours!'

The woman was escorted out of the courtroom by the deputy, who clipped off her wristband.

Angenette later tweeted that the woman told their PA that she was 'joking.'

The woman was asked by the deputy to leave the courtroom.

Depp has filed a $50 million defamation case against his former wife Amber Heard for her 2018 Washington Post op-ed, in which she called herself a victim of domestic abuse.

Heard is countersuing the actor for $100 million claiming that statements made by his lawyer have damaged her career.

British model Kate Moss, who dated Depp from 1994 to 1997, will reportedly testify in the ongoing defamation trial on Wednesday.

Earlier this month, Amber Heard mentioned Depp's former girlfriend during her testimony.
