Wednesday night in Chicago witnessed some big names from Hollywood performing at the Democratic National Convention. Oprah Winfrey delivered an electrifying speech and asked Americans to choose Kamala Harris.
John Legend welcomed Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz by performing Minnesota’s own son Prince’s song ‘Let’s Go Crazy’ from the album ‘Purple Rain’ with Shiela E. Grammy winning singer Maren Morris sang performed ‘Better Than We Found It’, a song that was inspired by ‘Black Lives Movement’.
Stevie Wonder used his keyboard as a podium on the stage of the Democratic convention. He backe Kamala in his brief speech before breaking into “Higher Ground.” Mindy Kaling, the celebrity host of the prime-time hours of night three of the convention, shared insights into her bond with Presidential nominee Kamala Harris.
Besides these big names, there are many more like Megan Thee Stallion and George Clooney who are actively endorsing Kamala Harris in the run up to presidential elections.
