Hollywood star Jamie Foxx has been hospitalised for nearly three weeks for an unknown ‘medical complication’ and his family and friends have urged his fans to pray for his recovery. Now, the Oscar-winning actor has released his first public statement since his hospitalisation on Instagram. His message read, ‘Appreciate all the love!!! Feeling blessed’ along with prayer hands, heart, and fox emoji.
Jamie Foxx reportedly fell ill on the Atlanta set of the Netflix comedy ‘Back in Action’. His daughter Corinne announced his hospitalization on April 12. In a statement on Instagram, she shared, ‘We wanted to share that my father Jamie Foxx experienced a medical complication yesterday. Luckily due to quick action and great care he is already on his way to recovery. We know how beloved he is and appreciate your prayers. The family asks for privacy during this time.’
