Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez had all of us believing in a fairytale ending after they rekindled their romance in 2021, almost 16 years after they called their wedding off. The Bennifer 2.0 got married in July 2022, but just months into their wedding, trouble in paradise began, with rumours suggesting Ben wasn't very fond of Jen's spending habits. One of the reasons highlighted for the couple's differences was their 12-bedroom estate, acquired just last year. Now, the couple has reportedly, listed the house for a hefty $68 million.
Months after rumours circulated Ben Affleck is no longer living with Jennie on the Block, the couple has finally listed their palatial estate for sale. Carefully crafted and meticulously conceptualised, the California house boasts 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms. Bought at a whopping price of $60M, the mansion is hitting the market with a hefty price tag of $68 million. The property was officially listed for sale on Thursday, July 11th, as per People. The listing reveals that "recently renovated with the highest level of quality", the property features amenities such as a bar, sports lounge, fully equipped gym, boxing ring and courts for basketball and pickleball.
Amid separation rumours, Ben was spotted without his wedding ring during his recent outing. Ahead of the pair's second wedding anniversary, the 'Gone Girl' star was papped arriving at his office in Los Angeles on July 10, where his wedding band was absent from his left hand. Lopez and Affleck, who married in Las Vegas in July 2022, spent the 4th of July apart, further fueling the divorce speculations. Previously, a source had told People that the duo is "focused on their separate lives" and “don’t have any summer plans together." A separate report by the ET claimed that the duo is trying their best to remain cordial during tough times.
