On November 3, pop icon Lady Gaga took to social media to announce her official endorsement, sending ripples of excitement through her 57 million followers.
With just days to go until the November 5 election, she urged fans to ‘get ready to vote’ right after the dazzling lineup for Kamala Harris’ rally in Philadelphia was revealed.
In a vibrant Instagram video, Gaga declared, ‘It's time to get ready to vote. I'll see you guys in Pennsylvania.’ Although she didn’t shout it from the rooftops, her caption’HARRIS WALZ 2024!!’—made her political stance crystal clear.
But wait, there’s more! Joining the electrifying mix is none other than Katy Perry. Both queens of pop will be rocking different locations across Pennsylvania on election eve.
While Katy gets the party started in Pittsburgh, Gaga will be bringing her A-game to The Rocky Steps at the Philadelphia Museum of Art.
This electrifying lineup will also feature performances from icons like Oprah Winfrey, Ricky Martin, Jazmine Sullivan, the Roots, DJ Cassidy, Fat Joe, DJ Jazzy Jeff, and Adam Blackstone.
Don’t worry if you can’t make it in person—the rallies will be livestreamed, ensuring everyone can join the action. Pennsylvania is the star of the show, but other swing states like Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, and Wisconsin will also see their share of campaign excitement.
Speaking of star-studded moments, Kamala Harris herself made a surprise appearance on Saturday Night Live, sitting opposite the hilarious Maya Rudolph. In a fun nod to their previous skits, Maya showered Harris with encouragement while tossing playful barbs at rival Donald Trump.
Harris could technically triumph over Trump without clinching Pennsylvania, but that route is fraught with challenges, especially as other states trend slightly in Trump's favor. However, if she secures Pennsylvania while maintaining strongholds in Wisconsin and Michigan—where polls currently show her leading—political experts suggest that she’s on a solid path to becoming the next president.
