Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has officially listed his Beverly Hills mansion for $61 million. Rumours about the rapper considering selling the property had been circulating, and the sale has now been confirmed. Sources told Page Six that the listing is not unexpected, despite the recent controversies surrounding the hip-hop mogul.
The luxurious mansion, spanning 13,000 square feet in Los Angeles' upscale Platinum Triangle—encompassing Holmby Hills, Beverly Hills, and Bel-Air—has been listed by Sean 'Diddy' Combs for $61 million.
Despite recent speculation and a Homeland Security raid, Diddy was never charged.
The property will soon be featured on the Multiple Listing Service.
Located on Billionaire’s Row, the home is surrounded by high-profile neighbors such as Kylie Jenner, tech moguls Evan Spiegel and Sean Parker, music industry figures Irving Azoff and Jimmy Iovine, fashion icon Alexandra Von Furstenberg, and the Playboy Mansion.
A source noted that Combs, who now resides primarily on Star Island in Miami, is selling the mansion as his children have grown up, marking a significant shift in LA real estate.
Diddy bought the mansion a decade ago for $40 million. This two-story estate spans 13,000 square feet on 1.3 acres.
The property description highlights, ‘A grand cobblestone driveway leads to the fully renovated estate, featuring classic European design. It includes a luxurious paneled foyer with a sweeping staircase, a spacious living room, formal dining room, wine cellar, office, and a gourmet kitchen with a family room and separate catering kitchen.’
Additional amenities include a ‘state-of-the-art theater with seating for 35 guests,’ a ‘two-story guest house,’ a ‘large gym, recording studio, and extra guest bedrooms.’
Outdoors, the estate offers ‘expansive lawns, mature trees, formal gardens,’ and a ‘resort-style swimming pool with a waterfall and grotto, a basketball court, spa house, and an outdoor loggia with a BBQ, bar, and pizza oven.'
