Marvel Studios and Sony Pictures are coming together for the fourth installment of ‘Spider-Man’ and there is a big update on the film. According to reports, ‘Spider-Man 4’ makers have recruited a new director.
Daniel Cretton, the filmmaker behind ‘Shang-Chi’, has reportedly been given the task to weave the much-anticipated movie. He also has a few more projects under Marvel including a sequel to ‘Shang-Chi’. Cretton will be the fourth director to helm a solo ‘Spider-Man’ film after John Watts.
Fans favourite Tom Holland will be returning as the friendly neighbourhood Spider-Man and if reports are true the shoot will begin early next year.
As far as the plot is considered, Marvel hasn’t given any clue so far. The last Spider-Man film ended with everyone forgetting the identity of the superhero.
