Taylor Swift returns to Eras Tour with revamped setlist; debuts new 'TTPD' songs during Paris concert

'Tortured Poet' Taylor Swift has debuted a new setlist for her Eras tour, which commenced on Thursday night after a two-month-long hiatus. The singer was seen performing new tracks from her 11th studio album during her concert in Paris, the first stop of her European leg. "I wish I could have toured Europe more. This is a dream crowd," the megastar told the enthusiastic spectators. 

Swift's new 'Eras Tour' setlist 

Taylor Swift has returned to her highly successful pop tour after a two-month break, debuting a new track set upon her comeback. The singer performed several songs from her new album, 'The Tortured Poets Department,' at the first concert of the European leg of her Eras Tour. She has included 'But Daddy, I Love Him,' 'So High School,' 'Who’s Afraid of Little Old Me?'  'Down Bad,'  'Fortnight,'  'The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived' and 'I Can Do It With a Broken Heart,' in the new setlist. Several clips and videos of the singer-songwriter performing the aforementioned tracks have surfaced online, with fans going gaga over her Swift moves in the new choreography. As part of the revamp, Swift cut several songs from her previous setlist, including 'The Archer,' 'Long Live,' and 'Tolerate It,' among others.

In the viral videos, the 14-time Grammy Award winner showed off some of her new costumes chosen for the setlist of her new album. While performing her new tracks, the singer changed multiple costumes, but her white taffeta outfit, which she teamed with daring makeup, had fans gasping for air. 

 

TTPD's record-breaking Billboard debut 

Released on April 18, 2024, Swift's eleventh studio album, 'TTPD', containing 31 songs, made a record-breaking debut on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Taylor also ruled the Billboard 200 with her new album, marking the biggest debut of her career. The 'Love Story crooner has now earned 14 No. 1s on the Billboard 200. That ties her for the most champions ever in the ranking among solo musicians. She is now on the same level as Jay-Z.
