Warner Bros. Pictures has confirmed that there will be a sequel to 'The Batman'. Lead actor Robert Pattinson and director Matt Reeves will both return with yet another blockbuster offering to all the DC fans.
During a CinemaCon event, Matt Reeves made a short appearance while discussing the film’s sequel, and also thanked the fans for all the love they received for ‘The Batman’. As per a report in ‘Entertainment Weekly’, he was excited to return to the world for the sequel. However, the director has not divulged further details about the film’s sequel. Also, there has been no official confirmation yet whether Barry Keoghan will reprise his role as 'The Joker' in the much-awaited sequel.
'The Batman', which was released in March 2022, earned over $759 million worldwide and emerged as the biggest box office winner. Fans had showered many praises for Reeves' impeccable take on the direction and Pattinson's stellar performance as the Dark Knight in the film.
