‘Naatu Naatu’ singer Rahul Sipligunj said it was a dream come true to perform at the Oscars and he is feeling extremely grateful. The singer performed with Kaala Bhairava at the event as 'Naatu Naatu' was nominated for Best Original Song, an award they later won.

In an interview with HT City, the singer also shared his thoughts on 'RRR' stars Jr NTR and Ram Charan not performing to the track at the Oscars.

‘If they would have entered the stage, it would have been a big blast for sure. I don’t know for sure what happened. I feel the same as you, the whole of India would have gone mad.’

Talking about his experience at the award show, Sipligunj said, ‘I remember walking the red carpet and facing the international media. We were wearing kurtas, definitely people must have known this is the RRR gang! There were no reharsals in India, everything happened at the Dolby theatre itself.

Three-four days of rehearsal, and then a final day run through. After that we directly went for the show.’
