In just a matter of days, BTS eldest member Kim Seokjin will return to his ARMY. BTS ARMY can barely stop talking about Jin’s return on social media. As fans hold their breath for the much-awaited moment, there might be more in the store. Rumours on the Internet suggest that there might be a big collaboration coming our way after Jin’s return. Here are all the details. If rumours on social media are to be believed, Jin might join hands with his dear friends from Coldplay for a new music project.
The rumours started as cartoon character Wootteo from Jin’s track ‘Astronaut’ finally returned to social media after a long hiatus and hinted towards Jin’s comeback. The post read, “It’s been a very long time... How are you all doing?” The picture posted by the account featured a moon. Fans connected the dots between Wootteo’s post and Coldplay as the British band recently changed their display picture, showcasing the phases of the moon. Eagle-eyed netizens found the moon picture in Wootteo’s post and Coldplay’s concept photo to be similar.
Besides, Coldplay’s Chris Martin was recently seen sporting ‘Wootteo’ pin on shirt during their concerts. The band was also seen carrying the ‘Wootteo’ plushie to their concerts.
BTS and Coldplay earlier collaborated for the superhit track, ‘My Universe’. The two global band members forged a memorable bond during the time. Chris Martin is said to be especially close to Jin as he gifted his guitar, which he had been playing for over 10 years to Jin.
Before his military enlistment, the BTS singer released a solo track ‘Astronaut’. The song was also co-written by Coldplay. While most of the BTS members have released their solo albums, Jin might focus on the same post his return from the military.
The eldest BTS member, Jin, will be discharged from military in almost two weeks. The ‘Epiphany’ singer will likely return by June 15 as the paperwork and formalities might take few more days. Despite being away from his fans, Jin never forgot his fans. The ‘World Wide Handsome’ member of BTS had pre-recorded videos, which were released by their label from time to time.
