BTS' J-Hope performs live in Times Square on New Year's eve amid rain

BTS member J-Hope was part of Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve performance line-up along with Tomorrow X Together members. Despite the rain, the rapper made the fans groove with his energetic performance at Times Square in New York.

Videos of J-Hope’s solo performance are now being widely shared on the internet.

At the concert, he performed songs like ‘Chicken Noodle Soul’, ‘= (Equal)’ and even a remix version of BTS’ hit ‘Butter’.

J-Hope thanked fans for all the support post the performance and said, ‘I am grateful to be able to share such a special moment with you. It is a stage with good memories with BTS, and this moment alone is also meaningful.’

He also spoke to ARMY on New Year as he went live on Weverse after his performance. BTS had earlier performed at the same venue in 2019 as a group.

Earlier, J-Hope shared a glimpse of the new year countdown from Times Square on his Instagram account. He was also seen rehearsing with the dancers.
