BTS eldest member Jin returned last month after completing his military service and seems like he is ready to entertain his fans. The ‘Worldwide handsome’ singer will be making his debut appearance after his military discharge and it reportedly will be a variety show project.
If reports are to be believed, the much-loved K-pop star will reportedly be seen in MBC’s adventure variety show ‘The Half Star Hotel in Lost Island’. According to a report by Star news, the ‘Astronaut’ singer will appear as a guest worker in an episode. The show has reportedly been filmed on an uninhabited island last month and will soon be aired.
The outdoor reality show, an abandoned house on a deserted island is converted into a hotel while several guests join them in the journey. The aim is to provide 5-star like services to the guests in a challenging environment.
On June 30, Jin took to idol-fan community platform Weverse and shared with his fans that he has filmed variety shows and urged the ARMYs to wait a little longer for the final product. “I am recording, filming variety shows, and progressing with the plans I made in the military. I aim to make frequent appearances while also focusing on my main profession. Please wait a little longer for the results, which will be released in a few months,” wrote the singer.
The eldest BTS member is known for his delightful and charming personality. He has won the hearts of ARMYs in BTS’ original variety show ‘Run BTS!’ Besides, he has also appeared on shows like ‘Please Take Care of My Refrigerator’, ‘The Running Man’ and ‘My Little Old Boy’.
BTS singer Jin recently returned after completing his mandatory military service. He hosted an in-person fan event, where he held a free hug event for thousand lucky fans, on the BTS 11th debut anniversary. The singer also sang his hits and performed on Jungkook’s ‘Seven’.
On the musical front, Jin has been dropping hints of a new album for a while. ‘The Astronaut’ was his last song, which was released before his military enlistment. It was co-written by Coldplay. If rumours are to be believed, there might be another collaboration on the cards for Jin and Coldplay, as their upcoming album is titled ‘Moon Music’ and Jin is also called ‘Moon’ affectionately by his fans.
