BigHit Music, the agency behind the global sensation BTS, has shared an update regarding the military service of Suga, whose real name is Min Yoongi.

In an announcement made on the Weverse fan community forum, the agency revealed that Suga is scheduled to commence his mandatory military service on September 22.

The statement issued by BigHit Music expressed gratitude to BTS fans for their unwavering support and provided essential information about Suga's impending service.

It was made clear that no official events would be held on the day he begins his service or the day he enters the training camp.

In a heartfelt plea to fans, the agency asked fans for their understanding and cooperation in refraining from visiting Suga at his workplace during his service period.

Instead, the agency encouraged fans to convey their warm regards and encouragement in their hearts only. Additionally, they cautioned fans to be cautious of unauthorized tours or products that exploit the artist's intellectual property.

BigHit Music reassured fans that they would take necessary measures against any unauthorized commercial activity involving the artist's intellectual property.

The agency also expressed its commitment to providing full support to Suga during his military service and urged fans to continue showing love and support until his return.

This announcement comes after last month's revelation that Suga had initiated the military enlistment process by applying for the termination of his enlistment postponement.

He becomes the third member of BTS to fulfill his mandatory duty, following Jin and J-Hope.

With Jin and J-Hope already in military service, the remaining members of BTS, RM, Jimin, V, and Jungkook, are also expected to fulfill their obligations in the near future.

BTS enthusiasts eagerly anticipate their eventual reunion as a group, projected to occur around 2025, following the completion of their service commitments.
