BTS member Kim Tae Hyung aka V had one sweet surprise for his fans, known as ARMY, on the occasion of Valentine's Day. The singer broke the internet as he shared a rare military update on the South Korean social media platform Weverse, keeping fans in the loop on his recent activities.
BTS' V professed his love for fans on Valentine's Day as the K-pop idol dropped a much-anticipated military update with his fans. In his sweet post addressed to ARMYs, the 'Rainy Days' singer revealed that he has bulked up 10 kg post-military and now weighs 72.5 kg.
His update had fans reminiscing about BTS RUN days when V had joked that he'd enter a bulk-up competition if he gained up to 80 kg in the military.
In his note, the BTS member also assured that he'd be back soon after completing his military service as he signed off his post writing 'Loyalty,' a salutation used by active soldiers.
All seven members of BTS - RM, Jin, Suga, J-hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkoo - are expected to reunite in 2025 after each member completes their mandatory military service. The group has also hinted at a possible world tour post their comeback.
While six members of the wildly popular group are currently serving in the South Korean ARMY as active soldiers, Suga has been exempted from military duties owing to a soldier injury; however, he joined the duty as a social service agent.
