Popular boy-band BTS' member Kim Taehyung, popularly known as V, recently created a stir among ARMYs with an Instagram update showcasing a pile of his chopped hair on the floor.

This unexpected move led fans to speculate about his potential military enlistment, especially following the announcement from BIGHIT MUSIC regarding the enlistment process for RM, Jimin, V, and Jungkook starting on November 22.

The emotional response from fans was varied; some expressed happiness and support for this new chapter, while others felt a tinge of sadness, fearing the imminent enlistment of V.

Messages flooded in, ranging from hopeful pleas like "Please tell me this isn't what I think it is" to humorous yet anxious comments urging, "Put that hair back right now."

Adding to the mix of emotions, Jungkook had previously confirmed his intention to begin his mandatory military service in December, further intensifying speculation about V's potential enlistment.

Amidst this uncertainty, V surprised fans a few days prior by sharing a glimpse of himself singing in a recording studio, hinting at a possible upcoming project.

His solo album, "Layover," released in September, had already showcased his musical prowess through various renditions and collaborations.

Fans are now buzzing with anticipation, speculating that V might collaborate with an international artist to release a digital single before commencing his military duty.

The anticipation surrounding V's future musical endeavors and the possibility of his military enlistment has left fans on edge, eagerly awaiting further updates from the talented artist.

His latest Instagram post of the chopped hair serves as a subtle yet impactful hint, fueling both excitement and apprehension among his dedicated fanbase.
