‘Crash Landing on You’ stars Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin put up their newlywed home for sale, deets inside

The luxurious penthouse that was home to ‘Crash Landing on You’ stars is up for grabs and someone with a handsome bank balance might get lucky to live in their house. Yes, you heard it right! South Korean actor couple Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin have reportedly put their house up for sale.  

BinJin couple lists marital home for sale 

According to South Korean media outlets, Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin have put their newlywed home for sale. Hyun Bin bought the lavish penthouse at Walkerhill Podoville in the Guri village for about $3.52 million in 2020 ahead of his wedding to Son Ye Jin. The price of the property has risen substantially and the penthouse is now worth around $ 5.13 million. The couple have been living in the luxurious property since their marriage in 2022.

About Hyun Bin & Son Ye Jin’s luxurious house 

The building consists of four floors and has only seven residences including the penthouse owned by Hyun Bin. It was inspired by the late Dutch artist Mondrian’s painting ‘Composition’. There is reportedly a free wine facility on the first floor while the residents are also offered an interior renovation every two years.  

Big celebs as neighbours 

The BinJin couple is probably one of the most high-profile famous residents of the building. However, they are not the only celebrities living in the luxurious property. Actor Han So Hee, Oh Yeon Seo and singer Park Jin-Young also own units in the same building.

Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin featured together in one of the biggest hit K-dramas, ‘Crash Landing on You’. Love bloomed during the shoot and much to the delight of their fans, the lovebirds tied the knot in March 2022. The couple became parents to a baby boy in November month of the same year.
