Song Kang's new photos from the military have surfaced online. Song Kang, known for his roles in popular shows 'Love Alarm', 'My Demon', and 'Sweet Home', began his mandatory service in the South Korean army on April 2nd. The recent development has come as a sweet surprise to Song's fans, who have been waiting for the actor to share some insight into his life as an active-duty soldier.

Recently, The Camp shared unreleased photos of Song Kang, which have the K-drama star spending some quality time with his military peers. Arm-in-arm with his fellow soldiers, the actor is seen smiling brightly. The new pictures have now stormed the internet, with fans going gaga over his striking visuals. 


Song Kang's letter to fans

Song Kang embarked on his military journey on April 2. The day before his enlistment, he shared his thoughts in a handwritten letter posted on his official fan cafe. The letter read, "I will be away from you all for a while, but time will pass quickly. I hope to see you all again, thankful and healthy. I hope to meet you happier than now when that time comes." In his letter, the 'Nevertheless' star also expressed his desire to make the most of his time in the military, including learning a new language.
