Parineeti Chopra-Raghav Chadha share inside pics from their engagement ceremony: ‘Felt surreal’

Actor Parineeti Chopra and AAP leader Raghav Chadha, who got engaged in an intimate ceremony on May 13, have shared a few more dreamy pictures from their function. Sharing the pictures, they wrote that it felt surreal to be blessed by the Jathedar of the Akal Takht Sahib, Singh Sahib Giani Harpreet Singh Ji.

The couple added that his sacred presence at the engagement meant everything to them.

The couple’s post is receiving immense love and many people have dropped heart emojis in the comment section.

On May 15, the newly engaged couple dropped a thank you note on their respective social media handles Their message read, ‘Raghav and I are overwhelmed with the love and abundance of positivity we have received over the past few weeks, particularly on our engagement. We both come from different worlds, and it's amazing to know that our worlds also unite with our union. We have gained a bigger family than we could have ever imagined.’

The note continued, ‘We are so touched by everything we have read/ seen, and we cannot thank you all enough. We embark on this journey knowing that you all are standing with us. A special shout-out to our amazing friends in the media. Thank you for being there through the day and cheering for us.’

The star-studded ceremony was attended by Parineeti’s cousin Priyanka Chopra and several politicians including Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann, former finance minister P Chidambaram, and Shiv Sena leader Aditya Thackeray.
