Theatres screening the film are running houseful in many states. Even the Hindi version of the film has made a splash and set cash registers ringing. 'KGF: Chapter 2's Hindi version has surpassed the 100-crore mark within three days of its release. The long weekend has only boosted the collections even more.
According to ‘Box Office India’, the Hindi version of the film earned ₹40 crore on the third day, bringing the total to around ₹140 crore. The film is expected to gross more than ₹180 crore by the end of the weekend.
'KGF: Chapter 2' by Prashanth Neel follows the story of Yash's Rocky after he takes over the Kolar Gold Fields. According to the post-credits scene of 'KGF: Chapter 2', the third instalment of the film is in the works.
