Telugu superstar Allu Arjun was among the first to cast his vote in Hyderabad for the Lok Sabha Elections 2024. The 'Pushpa 2' star was spotted waiting in line outside a polling booth. He tried to avoid unnecessary attention, wearing a white tee with black pants and greeted fellow voters.
After casting his vote, Allu Arjun said, ‘It’s a very responsible day for us as all of us, for the citizens of this country. I know its quite hot but let’s put that little effort because today is the most crucial day for next five years of our lives. Please cast your vote and vote responsibly’.
‘There will be a huge voter turnout, as more and more people are coming out to vote…I would like to tell, I am not politically aligned with any party. I am neutral to all parties,’ he added.
Megastar Chiranjeevi and Jr NTR were also seen casting his vote.
After getting inked, Chiranjeevi said, ‘So I would like to say, every time I have been saying, this time also (I say), new emerging waters are coming up. I do request them (young voters) to make use of your power of vote. Voting is our right’.
A journalist asked Chiranjeevi about his brother, actor-turned-politician Pawan Kalyan, who is contesting from the Pithapuram Assembly in the Lok Sabha Elections 2024.
‘My best wishes to him,’ said Chiranjeevi.
