Ram Charan and Upasana Konidela welcomed their first child, a baby girl, on June 20, and wishes are pouring in for the new parents on social media.

Ram’s ‘RRR’ co-star Jr NTR is among the first Telugu stars to congratulate them.

Taking to Twitter, Tarak, a father of two himself, wrote, ‘Congratulations @AlwaysRamCharan and @upasanakonidela. Welcome to the parents club. Every moment spent with the baby girl will be an unforgettable memory for a life time. May God bless her and you all with immense happiness.’

NTR’s tweet comes weeks after reports of a fallout between him and Ram Charan surfaced. Ram seemingly shut down the rumours by talking about Tarak’s family at the NTR Centenary in May, but NTR chose to not address these claims.

Jr NTR and Ram Charan shared the screen in SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus ‘RRR’ as co-leads and received immense praise from fans across the globe for their performance.

The duo attended the Academy Awards this year, wherein the song ‘Naatu Naatu’ from their film won Best Song Award.

The news of Ram and Upasana’s baby was shared by Apollo Hospitals in Hyderabad.

Sharing a medical bulletin, the hospital said, ‘Ms Upasana Kamineni Konidela and Mr Ram Charan had a baby girl on 20th June 2023, at Apollo Hospital Jubilee Hills - Hyderabad. The baby and mother are doing well.’
