Days after the release of ‘The Gray Man’, the Russo brothers - Anthony and Joe announced on Twitter that will be making a sequel of the Ryan Gosling starrer.
Post this announcement, Dhanush took to Twitter on Saturday and confirmed that he will be reprising his role as Avik San aka The Lone Wolf alongside Ryan Gosling's Six. He shared an audio clip on his social media account, captioned, ‘The Gray Man universe is expanding and the sequel is coming… Lone Wolf is ready, are you?’

He also hints at the storyline for the forthcoming film in the audio clip.
‘Six, this is Lone Wolf. I hear we are both looking for the same man. I want to offer you some advice. Stop looking. You are wasting your time. Because if I find him first, there will be nothing for you to look for. And if you find him first, then I will find you. Nothing personal,’ he says.
‘The Gray Man’, which released on Netflix on July 22, marked the Hollywood debut of Dhanush. It also starred Chris Evans and Ana de Armas in pivotal roles.
