Things to look forward to in 'KGF Chapter 2' trailer

The makers of the highly anticipated film 'KGF Chapter 2' are all set to release the trailer of the film on March 27. Filmmaker Karan Johar will be hosting the grand trailer launch event of ‘KGF Chapter 2’ in Bengaluru.

'KGF Chapter 1' came with an impressive storyline, mind-bending action sequences, and peppy soundtracks. Directed by Prashanth Neel and produced by Vijay Kiragandur, the period action drama became the first Kannada movie to make it to the ₹200 crore club in 18 days. Although the film received mixed reviews from critics, it garnered much praise from the audience. The film was released on 2,200 screens across India.

And now, ‘KGF Chapter 2’ is gearing up to release in cinemas on April 14. After the massive success of 'Chapter 1', expectations amongst fans have soared higher for this film. The sequel is expected to be larger than the first chapter. Written and directed by Prashanth Neel, and produced by Vijay Kiragandur, the teaser has already given us a sneak-peak into the action-packed world of 'KGF Chapter 2' and we can't wait for its release.

In the second chapter, a face-off between 'Adhira' and 'Rocky' is also expected to take place. Secondly, the political leader, 'Ramika Sen' will be seen influencing Rocky’s control over the goldfields of Karnataka.

The film marks the return of superstar Yash to the big screen after three and a half years. The makers will be releasing the film on over 6,000 screens across India. The 'KGF: Chapter 2' teaser showed actor Yash reprising his role as Rocky. The film also features Sanjay Dutt as Rocky's nemesis and Raveena Tandon as a powerful political leader.
The film will be released nationwide on April 14, 2022, in Kannada, Telugu, Hindi, Tamil and Malayalam.
