Salman Khan is all set to host the forthcoming season of 'Bigg Boss'.
There have been many speculations about contestants in the 16th season, but nothing has been confirmed as of now. The one major revealation that has been made by the makers is that this year, even Bigg Boss will participate in the game along with the inmates.

On Friday, a new promo of the show was released, in which host Salman Khan is seen channelling his inner Gabbar Singh and warning contestants of the torment that is about to come.

The promo, shared by the official social media handles of Bigg Boss and Colors TV, shows Salman donning a military outfit and holding a belt filled with cartridges, as he enacts an iconic scene from the movie Sholay, featuring Gabbar Singh.  Salman is heard saying a famous dialogue from the movie.

Salman said, '50-50 kos door, jab bacha raat ko royega to maa kahegi, beta so ja varna Bigg Boss aa jayega (Even 50 km away, when a kid will cry, the mother will say child go to sleep or Bigg Boss will be here).' The actor then informed the viewers that this time, the game's theme is changing because Bigg Boss himself will play the game.

The ‘first day first show’ of Bigg Boss 16 will air on October 1 at 8pm.
