TV actor Jasmine Bhasin, who recently experienced an eye issue from wearing contact lenses at an event, made a public appearance on July 24.
Jasmin was seen getting out of her car at the Mumbai airport. She wore a pink and blue coord set, slip-ons, and dark sunglasses. When the paparazzi asked her how she is feeling, she flashed the thumbs-up sign and smiled. The actor asked the paparazzi not to use flash when clicking her pictures.
After briefly posing for the paparazzi, Jasmine removed her sunglasses to show her eyes. She waved and then entered the terminal building.
When a paparazzo advised her to take care, she responded, ‘Aap pray karte rahiye (Keep me in your prayers).’
Jasmine recently updated her fans on her recovery by posting a picture of herself wearing large sunglasses on Instagram Stories. She captioned the photo, ‘Better now, recovering. Thank you for your love and blessings.’
A few days ago, Jasmine shared with Times of India that the issue began on July 17 when she wore contact lenses for an event. She explained, ‘I was in Delhi for an event on July 17 and was preparing when my lenses started causing pain. The discomfort worsened, and although I wanted to see a doctor immediately, I decided to attend the event first due to work commitments. I wore sunglasses during the event, and my team helped me manage as my vision deteriorated.’
‘Later at night, we went to an eye specialist, who told me that my corneas were damaged and bandaged my eyes. The following day, I rushed to Mumbai and continued my treatment here. I am experiencing a lot of pain. Doctors have told me that I should recover in the next four-five days, but till then, I need to take good care of my eyes. It's not easy because I can't see, and I am struggling to even sleep due to the pain. Fortunately, I didn't have to postpone any of my work. I hope to recover and get back to work in a few days,’ she added.
