Emily, Mindy, Gabriel, Camille, Sylvie, Luc, Julien, and Alfie are all returning for ‘Emily in Paris’ Season 4, as shown in first-look images.
The Netflix series will premiere in two parts: the first five episodes on August 15, and the remaining five on September 12. This format follows the recent trend of splitting seasons, like ‘Bridgerton’ Season 3.
Season four of Emily in Paris officially began production in January 2024 and wrapped in May. Unlike previous seasons, which filmed in Paris during the summer and premiered on Netflix in December, season four started filming early due to the Summer Olympics in Paris. All shoots and productions from June to September will be prohibited. This early start means fans will enjoy an earlier release date.
Season 4 continues after the dramatic wedding of Camille and Gabriel, with Emily torn between her feelings for Gabriel and Alfie, according to Netflix. But with Gabriel expecting a baby with Camille and Alfie's worst fears about Emily and Gabriel coming true, things are far from ideal for the main character.
‘At work, Sylvie (Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu) is forced to confront a thorny dilemma from her past for the sake of her marriage, and the Agence Grateau team navigates personnel shakeups,’ the logline reads. ‘Mindy (Ashley Park) and the band prepare for Eurovision, but when funds run dry, they’re forced to get thrifty. Emily and Gabriel’s chemistry is undeniable as they work together towards a Michelin star, but two big secrets threaten to undo everything they’ve dreamed of,’ the logline continued.
Although fans are unsure of the details, Emily and her friends are set to end up in Rome this season, with Collins teasing a Roman holiday for her character. Julien (Samuel Arnold), Luc (Bruno Gouery), and Antoine (William Abadie) will also return for the fourth installment of Darren Star’s Emmy-nominated series.
