'Maamla Legal Hai': Netflix renews Ravi Kishan's show for second season, deets here

Netflix has approved a second season for the courtroom drama 'Maamla Legal Hai'. Starring Ravi Kishan, Nidhi Bisht, and Yashpal Sharma, the first season of the show debuted on the streaming giant on March 1 with rave reviews. Netflix has yet to share the release date for the upcoming part. 


Netflix announces 'Maamla Legal Hai' 2! 

Just a month after the release of the first season, Netflix has announced the second season of 'Maamla Legal Hai." On Thursday, Netflix India shared a video on its official social media handles and revealed that the show will return with season two. “Hasta hua lawyer sabse best dikhta hai—isiliye Patparganj ke cuties laut rahe hai!! Maamla Legal Hai is returning for a second season, coming soon, only on Netflix!” the caption read. The announcement video featured a montage of some hilarious scenes from the film. 

Who will return for the second part? 

Ravi Kishan will return to reprise his role as lawyer VD Tyagi. Aside from Kishan, Nidhi Bisht, and Naila Grewal, Anant V Joshi and Yashpal Sharma are also expected to return for the second innings. 

With Sameer Saxena as the showrunner, the series is directed by Rahul Pandey and written by Saurabh Khanna and Kunal Aneja. Amit Golani, Biswapati Sarkar, Sameer Saxena, and Saurabh Khanna are the producers of the show.
