Sima Taparia's 'Indian Matchmaking' is all set to return for its second season. The matchmaker took to social media to announce that the first episode of her show will premiere on Netflix on August 10. Her post comprises stills from the forthcoming series and show how she's back in action to find perfect life partners for NRI singles.

In the first season, none of the participants managed to find a match. Some of them are expected to return in the new season.

In another post, Sima mentions that matchmaking is her passion and it's joy to share her work with audiences around the world.

Speaking to Variety, the show’s creator-executive producer Smriti Mundhra said that the response to season one of ‘Indian Matchmaking’ was overwhelming and that they were thrilled to be back with more episodes that explored the rollercoaster of emotions and tough conversations on the journey to finding love.

The first season of 'Indian Matchmaking' received a nomination for the Outstanding Unstructured Reality Program category at the 73rd Emmy Awards.
