Kate Middleton, Britain's Princess of Wales, arrived smiling at Wimbledon to watch the men's singles final on July 14, marking her second public appearance this year while undergoing preventative chemotherapy for cancer.

Tennis fan Kate, patron of the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club, wore a bright purple dress as she arrived with her daughter, Princess Charlotte, for the match between Carlos Alcaraz and Novak Djokovic.

Kate arrived at Centre Court's royal box and waved to spectators, some holding Union Jack flags, who gave her a standing ovation.

The wife of heir-to-the-throne Prince William, underwent major abdominal surgery in January, which revealed cancer. She has been undergoing treatment since then.

She returned to public duties in June at ‘Trooping the Colour,’ the annual military parade marking King Charles' official birthday, and expressed hope to attend more events over the summer.

‘I am making good progress, but as anyone going through chemotherapy will know, there are good days and bad days,’ she said in a personal written message ahead of that appearance.

‘My treatment is ongoing and will continue for a few more months,’ said the princess.

Kensington Palace has declined to provide specific details about the type of cancer or her medical condition, only confirming that treatment began in February.

King Charles, 75, has also been undergoing cancer treatment. He returned to public duties in April and has remained active, though his daily commitments are limited to minimize risks to his recovery.

Meanwhile, a few Hollywood and Bollywood stars were in attendance to watch the match.

Actor Parineeti Chopra and her politician husband Raghav Chadha were spotted enjoying a date in London during the Wimbledon tournament.

Parineeti wore a white dress with a matching white coat and black shades, while Raghav looked dapper in a white shirt, brown blazer, and red tie. Parineeti shared several pictures from their day on Instagram Stories.

Tom Cruise, Gerard Butler, Julia Roberts, and Zendaya were the other famous faces who watched Alcaraz claim his fourth Grand Slam singles title.
