Hollywood star Salma Hayek was recently honoured with her own star on The Hollywood Walk of Fame, etching The Eternals actor's name in Hollywood history forever.
Salma recounted her early days in the US, including a terrifying knife attack on Hollywood Boulevard early in her career that she described as "a horror story." The actor dedicated her honour to her fans while giving away a speech.
Salma Hayek was joined by Eternals director Chloe Zhao and her Grown Ups co-star Adam Sandler at the event. Adam Sandler was seen on screen with Salma in the 2010 comedy "Grown Ups'' and its 2013 sequel "Grown Ups 2.''

Receiving the honour, she said, the unveiling of the star was a healing exercise for her. "And the truth is that when I went home that night, I said, 'What am I doing here? Nobody wants me.' I remember the studio saying to me many times, 'Why don't you go back to the telenovelas? You'll never find a job here.' And of course, this night I almost got killed. The one thing that I stayed for was for the love of cinema," she said.
