Extradition debate in Hong Kong delayed due to protesters

With thousands of protesters outside Hong Kong's Legislative Council the debate on changes allowing extradition to the Chinese mainland has been indefinitely postponed. While the protests have been peaceful so far, scene is tense with officers in riot gear facing off with crowds of protesters. The protester's believe the new changes to the law infringes upon the judicial independence of Hong Kong.
