The Golden Hut dhaba on the Ambala-Delhi highway bears a celebratory look.

There is delicious looking 'langar' from 'dal' to 'gulaab jamun' for farmers who are now headed home after ending their agitation against the 3 farm laws.

But this 'langar' is not a one-day affair. Restaurant owner Ram Singh Rana has been serving food to the protesting farmers for over a year and now that that they are returning home, he is elated for what he now calls his 'family'

'My happiness knows no bounds. I will keep serving langar till the last farmer leaves. They are like my family now and I will stand with them till I die', Rana said.

Rana was also allegedly harassed by local Haryana officials. They reportedly put boulders in front of the dhaba in June this year to block the entrance. He then received support from farmers unions and the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee
