Raising the possibility of a clash with the police, which has chalked out a route for the farmers' tractor rally, one of the key participants -- the Kisan Mazdoor Sangharsh Committee -- has declared that it would not stick to the agreed upon route. The group has said that its parade will approach the Delhi's Outer Ring Road, which the cops have not allowed. The police and farmers union had agreed upon the tractor parade routes from three locations at the border after a series of meetings. Delhi Police chief SN Srivastava has warned that some elements are trying to provoke the farmers and take advantage of the rally.
