Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia in a high level meeting called by the Ministry of Education said that conducting 12th board examinations before vaccinating students will be a big mistake.

The boards were postponed in view of the second wave of the covid crisis.

In the meeting chaired by Union Minister Rajnath Singh, Sisodia raised the demand for making arrangements for inoculation of the students.

The AAP leader said that 95% of Class 12 students are above the age of 17.5 years and the Centre should consult with experts if they can be given the Covishield or Covaxxin jab. He also suggested that the centre should talk to Pfizer for the jabs.
