Flipkart in talks to buy Cleartrip: Reports

 Walmart backed Flipkart may be looking at a one-way ticket to buying a controlling stake in Cleartrip sources have told moneycontrol.com.  


Flipkart is looking at expanding its services and wants to leverage as a superapp as per reports. Cleartrip has seen pressure on it’s books as airline travel continues to be under pressure due to the pandemic.  
 
Both Flipkart and Cleartrip have not denied/confirmed the talks.
